Personality and Behavioural Profiling
Personality and behavioural profiling is a web based questionnaire system that can identify an individual's motivational, inspirational and development skills. The answers given provide a detailed insight into leadership skills & strengths, how they contribute to a team, their managerial style, interpersonal skills and decision making abilities.
Profiling can assist an organisation in developing productive relationships between employees and their managers, and to plan staff training & recruitment needs.
Using the results provided by individual or team profiling, an organisation can develop existing staff, highlight future managers, assess potential employees, develop resource and succession plans and improve staff retention.
Overview
The profiling system we use, known as Facet5, helps you to understand the different motivators for individuals and how they can be most effectively managed.
Profiling considers an individuals views on a range of issues, looking at attitudes, opinions and preferences. There are no right or wrong answers, no good or bad attributes and no pass/fail marks.
Structured feedback is provided to each individual. This ensures that the results of the test are constructive and highlight the positive aspects. A team training & development plan is provided for team reviews.
