HR-Fundamentals announce the launch of a service for membership organisations, offering a complete set of essential employment policies, procedures, letters, forms and guidance advice.


The Offering


HR Policies and Procedures

The service includes a set of twelve policies and procedures that cover a wide range of day to day management and employment issues. The policies are highly recommended and include some that are a legal requirement for all UK employers (such as the disciplinary policy and the grievance policy) and essential (and legally required).

The Policies are designed to be as simple to use and understand as possible, and are all written in plain English, whilst including important legal information.

Employment Letters and Forms

Guidance Notes for Managers and Employees

To help organisations understand their employment obligations and benefit from the documents, the service includes access to an extensive range of advice, support and guidance notes. The information is aimed at both managers and employees and is written in plain English.

The guidance notes cover a range of topics, for example how disciplinary matters should be conducted, how employee grievances will be handled and how flexible working requests should be managed.

The information is regularly updated in response to changes in employment legislation, industry best practice and customer feedback.

The Cost

The service is designed to be cost-effective for small and medium sized organisations who may not have in-house HR expertise.

Costs are structured depending on individual organisation requirements. Our costs are highly competitive and arranged to help extend and promote the service your organisation already provides.

Our secure website is used to provide access to our documentation and employment advice. This website can be cobranded with your membership organisation's name and logo. In addition, membership organisations can access both summary and detailed reports that show how much the documents are being used to ensure the investment is beneficial for members. There is no setup cost for this service.

We also provide a range of marketing and communication materials that can be used or adapted to communicate the offering to members.
