An HR Health Check to review your documentation and procedures can give you peace of mind, improve your processes and help you develop an effective HR strategy.

What we do...

A health check normally takes two days (off-site) and costs £1,000+vat (assuming you have 15 or fewer employees; if you have more, we will discuss the best approach with you - please contact us for more information).

We review your existing documentation (for example, contracts of employment, staff handbooks, policies & procedures), consider any updates that may be required for current legislation and recommend other documentation & support that may be appropriate, taking into account your organisations future development.

A brief report with our recommendations will be provided to you within a week.
