Redundancy Letter (retain in current role)
As well as advising employees they are being made redundant, it is also important to advise employees that they will not be made redundant and will be retained in their existing role.
This no only helps a company and its employees to move forward, but allays any fears and uncertainty that surrounds the redundancy process.
This redundancy letter helps an employer remember to confirm:
- Retention in a role.
- Any job changes that may have resulted.
- Support and assistance available after the redundancy process has been concluded.
- Offer of thanks from the company.
- Right of appeal.
