Types of Online Performance Appraisal Questions
Our Online Performance Appraisals allows you to use any current questions you have, create questions from scratch, or you can simply use our pre-populated core competency based questions. The choice is yours.
When creating your own questions from scratch you will need to decide on a question title and question description and input the data into the performance appraisal system.
When using one of our pre-populated core competency based questions the question title and question description will already be set for you. However they are flexible enough that you can change the details should you wish.
