Our online performance appraisals are extremely flexible and give you many options on how to rate appraisees.

Example Rating Scales included:

  • Five Point Rating Scale
    Ask appraisers to score appraisees from 0-5.
  • Free Text
    Ask appraisers to provide comments instead using the five point rating scale.
  • Answer Required
    Selete whether appraisers need to rate an appraisee using the five point rating scale, or indicate that they are unable to answer the question (N/A).
  • Comments Box
    Give appraisers the option of providing further comments, factual information or evidence of behaviour observed to support their 5 point rating score.

In addition, all our pre-populated core competency questions also include a rating description and details on providing comments to support a rating score:

Example Rating Scale:
5 = Exceptional.
4 = Exceeds expectations.
3 = Meets expectations.
2 = Below expectations.
1 = Needs improvement.
0 = Criteria not met.

(This rating scale and descriptions are included in our core competency questions as an example and can be changed should you wish).
