Traditional, Multi Rater and Core Competency Appraisals
Our online performance appraisal system copes with traditional, 90 degree and 180 degree appraisals, and multiple appraiser, 270 degree and 360 degree appraisals.
You can use our pre-populated core competency questions to assess key behavioural characteristics that make employees successful, or you can set your own Company specific questions, the choice is yours!
Adding Appraisees and Appraisers Made Easy
To save an appraisal system administrator time (and effort), we've made it possible to quickly and easily add appraisees and appraisers to your online appraisal scheme.
Once appraisees have been added to the system, appraisers can be assigned to them for a particular performance appraisal period.
As an added bonus, the next time an appraisee needs an appraisal, our system remembers the previous appraisers, yet again saving time on re-assigning appraisers. There is also flexibility to assign additional appraisers or select different appraisers.
Traditional, 180° and 360° Multiple Appraiser Questionnaires
Appraisal questionnaires traditionally are completed by a line manager (90 degree appraisal) or a line manager and an employee completing a self-appraisal (180 degree appraisal).
Increasingly organisations are also asking other managers, peers and subordinates to appraisee an employee's performance in their role (270 degree appraisals).
External individuals, such as customers and suppliers, may also be asked to assess an employee (360 degree appraisals). However, as they may not observe all behavioural characterists required in a role, an appraisal questionnaire specifically targetted at individuals external to the organisation may be required.
