Complete Performance Appraisals Online

Online performance review questionnaires can be completed by appraisees and appraisers whenever they like, from wherever they like and using any computer, laptop or mobile device with an internet connection and web browser.

Online appraisal questionnaires are extremely quick and easy to complete, saving time and effort all round. This means employees, line managers, peers, subordinates and customers will be more inclined to complete an appraisal, and give more honest answers and opinions on an appraisee's performance.

And best of all, the live data is updated as questions are answered, meaning reports are available in real time and appraiser's answers are not lost if they part complete an appraisal and come back to it later.

Online Performance Appraisal Request

Appraisers and appraisees are invited, via email, to complete an online performance appraisal questionnaire.

The online questionnaire confirms the appraisers name and who they are appraising (e.g. themself or another individual), afterwhich they can start completing the online questionnaire.

Company logo, branding and colours can be incorporated on your appraisal questionnaires.  Different parameters can be set at company, subsidiary and department levelal, giving you greater flexibility to tailor each questionnaire to your orgnisation's requirements (these are set by the appraisal system administrator using the company setup section).

Questionnaire Completion

Appraisers complete each appraisal question in turn, rating the appraisee's performance based on your chosen rating scales.

Appraisers can also provide additional comments, should they wish, to support their rating of the appraisee (provided this criteria has been set for the question by appraisal system administrator within the question setup section).

Questionnaire Overview

Appraiser have the opportunity to review and change their responses prior to submitting their final answers.

Questionnaire Results

Questionnaire upload is instantaneous.

As soon as an appraiser (or appraisee) answers a question, their rating response and comments are instantly updated to the online performance appraisal.

Upon completion of the full questionnaire and submission of full results, the appraisal system administrator can review the appraisee's report, live, online.
