Management Reports and Graphs

Online performance appraisal questionnaire data is updated as questions are answered, meaning management reports and graphs are available in real time and represent up-to-date information.

Progress towards appraisal completion can be tracked online. Administrators can quickly see who has yet to complete their appraisal and send them an email reminder if required.

Management reports and graphs are available online interactively, with drill down facilities and in printable format (Acrobat PDF), giving administrators and line managers the opportunity to compare appraisee scores against their peers and against their previous appraisals.

View Report Results Online

Live online reports (showing up-to-date questionnaire responses) can be viewed by the appraisal system administrator at any time.

View Appraisee Results Online

Drill-down report results to view questionnaire responses given by each appraiser and to view appraisee self-appraisal results (including the rating score and any associated comments provided).

Print Appraisee Report

Report results can be printed by the appraisal system administrator at any time (including previous report results).

Appraisee reports include graphs indicating the current scores and previous appraisal score (if available).

All reports are provided in pdf format, allowing the appraisal system administrator to print and circulate report results to line managers (who can then review appraisal ratings and comments with individual appraisees).
