Cost of Using Online Performance Appraisals

Creating an account is free. When you are ready to conduct appraisals, we charge one figure per appraisee per year. Each appraisee can be assessed more than once per year if you wish and by as many appraisers as you need, with no extra charge.

We believe in our performance management system so much that you can setup your organisation profile, create questions and invite staff to complete a performance appraisal review absolutely free of charge. Please note that some functions are restricted to customers with a current subscription.

For this annual fee during a 12 month period you can:

• Conduct as many performance appraisal reviews as you like on the individual
• Invite as many appraisers as you wish to review the individuals performance in their role
• Print off a performance review report outlining the individuals performance in their role
• Performance appraisal data will be retained for a period of five years, allowing you to compare results

There is no catch, no initial setup fee and no mimum charge.
