Pre-populated Core Competency and Behaviour Questions

We have included 17 pre-populated core competency questions that describe common characterists observed within different roles, organisational functions and business sectors.

Our core competencies and key bahaviours are modelled on commonly assessed behaviours identified as part of our extensive research and experience of delivering performance appraisal systems and competency based questionnaires.

Using our core competencies and key bahaviours could not be easier. You can simply use our questions as they are, change them to suit your organisation or create your own core competencies from scratch, the choice is yours.

There is also no limit to the number of times each of our questions can be used. As an added bonus we have also categorised each question as a skill required by a Leader, Manager or Team Member.
