Annual notification of employee personal data held by the Company
It is good practice to provide employees with a copy of personal information held on a regular basis (normally annually).
This document contains a checklist of suggestions that can be used to ensure employees are provided with all the important personal information held by the Company.
Companies can ensure their records are up to date by using this document (as employees often forget to tell their employer about important changes to their personal details).
The form also asks the employee to check the information and confirm it is correct (or to update the data if required).
