At any time an employee can ask to see personal information you hold on them.

Gathering all the information can be time consuming, so we have made it easier for managers understand their obligations and to respond to requests.

The following letter and form will help managers:

• fulfil employer DPA obligations

• respond to employee requests for access to their personal information
