Disciplinary Hearing Invitations
The focus of these letters is on inviting an employee to an informal or formal disciplinary meeting ("disciplinary hearing"), to discuss poor performance, or inappropriate conduct or behaviour matter, in accordance with DDP regulations on taking disciplinary action.

Formal Disciplinary Hearings
Invitation to a Formal Disciplinary Hearing (First Action - no previous warnings)
Invite an employee to a disciplinary hearing where no previous formal warnings have been given.
Invitation to a formal disciplinary hearing (verbal warning previously issued)
Invitation to a second disciplinary hearing, where an employee previously received a verbal warning.
Invitation to a formal disciplinary hearing (written warning previously issued)
Invitation to a disciplinary hearing where a formal written warning has previously been issued.
Invitation to a formal disciplinary hearing (final written warning previously issued)
Gross Misconduct
Suspension Letter
Legally suspend an employee from work pending investigation into a disciplinary offence.
Invitation to a formal disciplinary hearing (for gross misconduct)
