Occasionally a situation may arise whereby the disciplinary process has been exhausted and you have no other option but to dismiss an employee.
This standard letter ensures managers:
- confirm the disciplinary decision reached
- summarise contractual entitlements and obligations
- give notice of employment termination
- advise the right of appeal
