Invitation to a Discipline Appeal Hearing
Employees have a legal right to appeal against a formal disciplinary decision.
This standard letter ensures managers adhere to the DDP regulations when inviting employees to a disciplinary appeal hearing by:
- inviting an employee to a meeting
- confirming the hearing details
- advising the right to be accompanied
- informing persons who will be present at the hearing
